This page explains how to delete the data LinkKitHub holds about you — including any data received from Instagram or Facebook. You can do all of it yourself from inside your account.
This removes everything we hold from Meta (your Instagram Business account ID, username, and access token) while keeping your LinkKitHub account and bio page intact.
The stored access token and account details are deleted immediately, and we stop receiving any further data from Meta about that account.
You can also revoke our access from Meta's side at any time: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then remove LinkKitHub.
This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Deletion starts a 30-day grace period — logging back in during that window cancels it. After 30 days, your data is automatically and permanently purged by a scheduled job.
We do not retain Instagram or Facebook data after deletion. Records that Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep — such as invoices for subscription payments you made to LinkKitHub — may be retained for the statutory period. These contain no Meta platform data.
If you can't access your account, or want us to delete your data on your behalf, contact us through our Contact page with the email address on your account. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion.
