Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

By creating a LinkKitHub account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.

1. What LinkKitHub Is

LinkKitHub is a platform that gives creators a link-in-bio page, a digital product storefront, a 1:1 booking system, and Instagram comment/DM automation tools. We provide the software and infrastructure — creators are responsible for the content, products, and services they offer through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use LinkKitHub. You must comply with Instagram/Meta's own Platform Terms whenever you use our Instagram integration.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or business may not maintain more than one free account to bypass plan limits.

4. Plans & Billing

  • LinkKitHub offers Free, Pro, and Elite plans with different automation limits and features, as described on our pricing page.
  • A paid plan is bought for a fixed period — monthly or yearly, your choice. Payment is one-time: we do not store a payment mandate, and your card or account is never charged automatically.
  • We email you 7 days and 1 day before your period ends. If you choose not to renew, your account moves to the Free plan on the end date — there is nothing to cancel.
  • Moving to Free deletes nothing. Your bio page, links, products, bookings and sales history all remain; only the paid features pause until you upgrade again.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refunds section below for exceptions.

5. Payments You Receive From Your Customers

When a follower books a session or buys a product from your bio page, the payment is processed directly by Razorpay or Stripe — whichever payout account you've connected — straight to your own bank account. LinkKitHub is not a party to that transaction, does not hold your funds, and is not responsible for chargebacks, refund disputes, or delivery of the products/services you sell. You are solely responsible for fulfilling what you sell and for complying with applicable consumer protection and tax laws.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

LinkKitHub subscription fees: If you're unhappy with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of being charged and we'll review refund requests case by case. Fees are otherwise non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Purchases made from a creator's bio page: Refunds for products or bookings are between you and the creator, since LinkKitHub does not process or hold that payment. Contact the creator directly using the "Business Enquiries" link on their bio page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkKitHub to:

  • Sell illegal products or services, or content that infringes someone else's rights
  • Send spam, misleading, or harassing automated messages
  • Violate Instagram/Meta's Platform Terms or attempt to circumvent their API limits
  • Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt LinkKitHub's systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content, products, and media you upload. By using LinkKitHub, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate your bio page and the features you enable.

9. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion anytime from Profile settings. Deletion has a 30-day grace period — logging back in during that window cancels it. After 30 days, your account and data are permanently removed. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers

LinkKitHub is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from third-party services we depend on (Instagram/Meta, Razorpay, Stripe, Cloudinary, Google, and our hosting providers) being unavailable or changing their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkKitHub's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as LinkKitHub grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use LinkKitHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
